1-CONTENT OF FLAT: Our flats have just been decorated and offer a comfortable and luxurious life. Every kind of comfort is available just like in your house. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kitchen range, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, central heating and a full equipped kitchen.
2. LOCATION: Hagia Sophia Museum, Topkapı Palace, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Kum Kapı and fish restaurants are 10 minutes away by walking and markets, taxi and tramway station is 5 minutes away. Marmaray which passes under sea is 7-8 minutes away and transports you from EUROPEAN side to ASIAN side in 5 minutes. Galata Tower and Taksim entertainment centers are maximum 10-15 minutes away. The seaside is 10 minutes away by walking from the flat.
3. Our place is located in peninsula and is in SULTANAHMET domesticity. The flat offers a life of Istanbul in addition that it is near everywhere. Also, it is in a calm settlement and is quite near historical places.
4. TRIP: We are in a place which has transportation easiness to metrobus routes in a short time by a connecting bus and tramway. There are parking areas (paid) around us that are 2 minutes away. Guests can reach us by taxi, subway and private cars (paid) provided by us.
5. We have service offices and also reception like employees for communication with our guests.
6. HOUSE RULES: Our guests should use any kind of things and electronic items in the flat carefully. Because the prices of the things and devices they have damaged will be paid by them, the responsibility of the damaged products of the flat will be on them.
7. Our guests should go out and come to the apartment and flat in a quiet and sedate way that will not disturb the other guests and they should not disturb the families around them especially after 10 pm at night. We do not take pets into the flat.
8. Our guest will be able to use the internet, fax service and watch satellite channels by 40 inch LED TV. Smoking is forbidden in our flats but, smokers will be able to use the balconies in our flats.
9. USER MANUAL FOR THE FLAT
All instructions are available in necessary places in the flat. Also, it is explained and told by us one by one.
